The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
Manuscript in Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia includes an extended abstract in English (title, keywords, background, methodology, results/findings and conclusion, between 800-1000 words). Abstract in Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia with five (5) keywords also included.

Author Guidelines
1) The manuscript must be written in English and prepared on A4-size paper with 3 cm, 2.5 cm, 2.5 cm and 2 cm margins from the top, bottom, left and right respectively. The manuscript must be prepared in Microsoft Word.doc format.
2) Centred at the top of the first page of the manuscript should be the complete title of the manuscript, full name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), mailing and email address(s). This is followed by the abstract under the heading Abstract (left-justified in bold, Times New Roman, 12 points), between 250-300 words only (not exceeding 15 lines), keywords under the heading Keywords: (not more than eight keywords, in italic, Times New Roman, and followed by the text. The text should be typed and single-spaced, using a font similar to the one used in this text (Times New Roman, 12 points). Paragraphs should be separated by an indent. The author(s) email address(s) are preferably official email address(s) associated with the affiliation(s).
3) The table or figure and the corresponding text should be placed on the same page. The font size for table and figure should be smaller text size. Recommended size is 10.
4) The figure or photo should be labelled with “Figure†and a table with “Tableâ€. It must be assigned an Arabic numeral as a figure or table number; the figure number and caption should be placed below the figure, and the table number and caption should be placed on top of the table. The first letter of the caption should be in capital letter. Source of the figure, the table must be indicated in the text.
5) This research paper must follow this template: the introduction, objective, literature review, theoretical framework, methodology, analysis, findings/results, discussion and conclusion.

8) Acknowledgement: The research grants (title and number) and other acknowledgements like the research participants, departments and agencies contribute to the research and publication must be included in the paper.
